Terms of Service for commissions❕⚠📑

Commissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request without the obligation to explain my decision.

Communication for commissions will be conducted primarily via email or agreed-upon messaging platforms to track progress and requests.

The client must provide clear and detailed information about the desired artwork, including references, color schemes, and themes.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before work on the commission begins.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the artwork before the final high-resolution files are delivered.

Payments will be accepted via Paypal at [email protected].

Prices vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, and additional fees may apply for expedited orders or specific detailed requests.

Upon receiving the initial deposit, I will create a rough sketch for the client’s approval.

After approval of the sketch, I will proceed with the final rendering of the artwork.

The time required to complete a commission will depend on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. I will provide an estimated completion date at the beginning of the project.

Regular updates will be sent during the process, but I, the artist reserves the right to work at my own pace unless a strict deadline is set and agreed upon.

Up to two revisions will be included at the sketch stage.

Once the sketch is approved and I begin rendering, minor adjustments are allowed. However, significant changes (such as altering the composition or major elements) will incur an additional fee.

No revisions will be accepted once the artwork is finalized and delivered.

If you wannt me to design characters included in the piece extra charges will be made.

The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. This means it can be used for social media profiles, prints for personal enjoyment, or gifts, but may not be used for commercial purposes.

The client may not reproduce, edit, or resell the commissioned artwork in any way.

I retain full copyright of the artwork and reserve the right to display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Commercial usage, such as for branding, merchandise, or promotional purposes, must be explicitly stated at the time of the order.

Commercial commissions will incur an additional fee based on the intended use and scope of the project.

Upon receiving full payment, I will grant the client the necessary license to use the artwork commercially. However, I retain the right to display it in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Under no circumstances may my artwork be used for AI training, NFT creation, or any cryptocurrency-related projects.

Cancellation: The client may cancel the commission at any point before the final rendering starts. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

No Refunds: Once work on the final rendering begins, or if the commission is completed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will also not be provided for dissatisfaction with the finished product if the client has approved the sketch and progress updates.

In the rare event that I am unable to complete the commission for personal or technical reasons, a full refund will be provided.
